CastBack Fly Rod Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The CastBack Fly Rod Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all individuals who are registered Users on www.CastBack.com by March 9th 2025 3:00 pm EST. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and residents of the United States to be eligible. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of CastBack, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Participants must maintain an active User account on CastBack through the drawing date to remain eligible. Deleted or deactivated accounts prior to the drawing will not qualify.

2. How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, simply register as a User on www.CastBack.com by March 9th 2025 3:00 pm EST. Existing registered Users will be automatically entered into the Giveaway. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

3. Prize:

The prize is a pre-owned Hardy NSX Ultralight, 9'6" 8wt 4pc. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution will be permitted except at CastBack's discretion. CastBack reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another item of equal or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on March 9th 2025 at about 3:30 pm EST at the Midwestern Fly Fishing Expo. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their CastBack account within 5 business days of the drawing date. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected at random.

5. Publicity:

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow CastBack to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. General Conditions:

CastBack reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond CastBack's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CastBack, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

7. Limitation of Liability:

CastBack is not responsible for any technical issues, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or other errors that may occur during the Giveaway.

8. Governing Law:

The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts located in Michigan.

9. Privacy:

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to CastBack's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://castback.com/privacy-policy. Personal information collected as part of the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and notifying the winner.

10. Sponsor:

The Giveaway is solely sponsored by CastBack, LLC, located at 1551 Bishop Rd. Saline, MI 48176. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with the Midwest Fly Fishing Expo, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, or any other entity or individual. CastBack assumes sole responsibility for all aspects of the giveaway. Any inquiries related to this giveaway must be directed exclusively to CastBack at [support@castback.com].

11. Acceptance of Terms:

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and CastBack's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
