The tube may have some small scratches from storage & I do not know if the Rod has been registered or not. This Rod is not supposed to be registered, but because I am not the original owner, I cannot promise this. This is definitely one of those Rod, you can’t go wrong with! I get a fish a lot of rods and I can honestly say this is one of my favorite rods! These Scott rods are truly beautiful and the action on them is second to none!
