There are a some scratches on the tube and I do not know if the Rod has been registered or not. If you like medium fast rods, this is the perfect rod! It is literally absolutely beautiful and I can’t say it enough, You’ll really enjoy fishing this Rod! It loads the line very well and makes a very pleasurable fishing experience!
